5. Mobile Application Terms

For users who download our app from the Apple App Store:

• These terms are between you and ZP Pay, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the app or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
• Any claims must be directed to ZP Pay, not Apple

Remain the property of ZP Pay and/or Universidade Zumbi dos Palmares.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the transactions in question or $1,000 USD, whichever is less.

10. Account Suspension and Termination
